Student visa & work rights
Student visa Subclass 500. Requirements include CoE, Genuine Student statement, OSHC, funds/health/character evidence and English where applicable.
Most students may work up to 48 hours per fortnight while the course is in session, and unrestricted hours during scheduled breaks.
Temporary Graduate visa (Subclass 485) with Post-Higher Education Work stream. Stream, age, qualification and timing requirements apply — always confirm on Home Affairs before planning.
